Kako mi se vrzmala po glavi na kraju sam se ipak odvažila da je isprobam i mogu vam reći da nisam zažalila zbog toga. Baklava je veoma ukusna i dekorativna ali zaista zahtijeva malo više vremena nego kad pravite običnu baklavu. I pored toga mislim da vam neće biti žao što ste uložili malo više truda kada je probate. Koliko sam mogla da shvatim bülbül yuvası u prevodu znači gnijezdo slavuja i baklava zaista podsjeća na mala gnijezda. Veoma je dekorativna a možete je poslužiti u korpicama za minjone sa sitnim kolačima. U originalnom receptu baklava je duplo manja od ove koju sam ja pravila ali se meni činilo da će tako biti premalena pa sam pravila malo veća gnijezda. Kad se sirup malo prohladi dodati mu i sok od limuna po ukusu. Kore prerezati na četiri dijela da od svake kore dobijete po četiri mala pravougaonika. Puter istopiti i pomiješati sa uljem. Štapić izvući a baklavice zaviti u krug i složiti u podmazan pleh. Kada složite sve baklave premažite ih preostalim puterom i pecite na 180 C oko 40 minuta do 1h da fino porumeni. Vruću baklavu preliti prohlađenim sirupom. Juče je konačno došao na red jer sam imala nekoliko kora koje su mi ostale kad sam pravila pitu i bilo je već krajnje vrijeme da ih iskoristim. Kako sam imala samo četiri kore napravila sam samo četvrtinu preliva tako da je moja štrudla možda malo tanja od one na \u003Ca href=\"https:\/\/www.coolinarika.com\/slika\/2059651\/\"\u003EJekinoj slici\u003C\/a\u003E ali je zato veoma sočna i ukusna. Jeka inače ima još puno dobrih recepata na Coolinarici a u međuvremenu je počela da piše i blog \u003Ca href=\"https:\/\/jekinkapric.blogspot.rs\/\"\u003EJekin kapric\u003C\/a\u003E. Mjere u receptu su za jednu štrudlu. Tokom stajanja griz će malo da nabubri pa će preliv biti manje tečan i manje će se razlivati kada budete mazali štrudlu. Mak prokuvajte sa šećerom i vanilom dodajući mlijeko da se dobije fil koji fino može da se razmazuje. Skuvanom filu dodati puter i limunovu koricu. Svaku koru premažite sa dvije tri pune kašike preliva a po zadnjoj kori premažite fil i uvijte štrudlu. Prebacite je na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i spolja premažite sa malo preliva koji će kad se ispeče napraviti divnu krckavu koricu. Pecite na 200 C da fino porumeni. Ovoga puta to su baklava rolnice tj rol baklava ili što bi moj muž rekao cigaret baklava. Recept je sa bloga \u003Ca href=\"http:\/\/proverenirecepti.blogspot.rs\/2016\/01\/baklava-rolnice.html\"\u003EDomaćica online\u003C\/a\u003E a ja sam ga slučajno našla na \u003Ca href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/510877151464450742\/\"\u003EPintrestu\u003C\/a\u003E. Privukao mi je pažnju zato što su mjere bile za pet kora, a meni često pretekne par kora kad pravim pitu, tako da sam ga odmah isprobala. Kako sam bila zadovoljna rezultatom on je skoro u potpunosti istisnuo klasičnu baklavu koju sam do tada pravila. Ne mogu da kažem da se pravi lakše od klasične baklave, jer se baklava u principu veoma lako i brzo pravi bilo da je klasična ili ova zarolana, ali mi je valjda interesantnije da pravim rolnice pa mi se čini da bude gotova za pet minuta. Idealna je za posne slave i praznike samo treba puter zamijeniti margarinom a za dane koji nisu posni obavezno je pravite sa puterom jer je on ipak mnogo ukusniji a i zdraviji. Kada koristite margarin morate paziti da ne prepečete baklavu jer onda rizikujete da margarin dobije neki malo oštar ukus što se sa puterom neće desiti. Kore za baklavu treba pažljivo odabrati. One ne smiju da budu žilave tako da obavezno koristite neke već isprobane kore. Takodje treba da budu vrlo tanke. Vode treba dodati toliko da se dobije gusta smjesa. Puter istopite i pomiješajte sa uljem. Prvu koru premažite puterom, stavite preko nje drugu koru koju takodje treba premazati, preklopite po užoj strani na pola, opet premažite pa uz previjeni dio složite kašiku smjese od oraha i zarolajte. Režite svaku rolnicu na četiri dijela tj na 9 cm dužine. Može se desiti da vam pretekne malo istopljenog putera što je sasvim u redu. Nema potrebe da potrošite sav puter već samo onoliko koliko je potrebno da se kore i baklava fino premažu. Da bi se fino ispekle sa svake strane treba da budu malko razmaknute a onda kad se ispeku možete ih složiti u neki manji pleh i preliti sirupom. Ako imate 18 kora tj ako su veoma tanke što je i najbolje za ovu pitu dobićete 3 grupe po 6 kora, a ako su vam kore deblje onda stavite po 4 ili 5 kora. Svaku koru premazati uljem a na zadnju sipati po dvije kašike plazme i šećera i ravnomjerno ih rasporediti po kori. Preko šećera i plazme rasporediti višnje po cijeloj površini kore, urolati, složiti na papir za pečenje, premazati uljem i peći na 200 C da fino porumeni.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nPečenu pitu prohladiti, posuti mješavinom prah šećera i vanile i uživati. Meni je najljepša dok je još malo mlaka mada je odlična i kad se skroz ohladi. Dodati ulje, jogurt, griz, prašak za pecivo, vanilu i limunovu koricu.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nZa svaku štrudlu su potrebne tri kore. Prvu koru premazati obilno filom, prekriti drugom korom koju isto tako obilno premazati. Staviti na sve to treću koru. Na ivicu kore staviti višnje pa uviti u štrudlu. Staviti u podmazan pleh.Sve ponoviti sa ostalim korama. Ja sam koristila neke veoma tanke kore i dobila 6 štrudli a po originalnom receptu se dobiju 4. Štrudle premazati uljem i peći na 200 C da fino porumene. Gotovu štrudlu posuti prah šećerom i služiti. Fina je i sočna dok je topla ali ako ostane i sjutradan je odlična čak možda i bolja nego prvog dana.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nUmjesto višanja mogu se koristiti i borovnice, jabuke ili neko drugo voće.
