To je danas moderno među mladima tako da svi jedu nudle, suši i ostale azijske đakonije kao da su u prošlom životu bili Japanci ili Kinezi :-). Tako je i kod nas na red došao suši. Naravno Lana je bila inicijator. Kupila je nori alge, suši pirinač i našla recepte a moje je bilo samo da pravim. Od tada mi svake subote uz ribu imamo i suši i mogu vam reći da sam se već skroz ispraksirala pa mi je pravljenje sušija postala rutina. I na ukus sam se skroz navikala tako da sad i ja rado pojedem par komada a Lana i Vuk naravno uživaju. Pored pirinča ja koristim još krastavac, šargarepu i dimljeni losos i mogu vam reći da je ta kombinacija odlična. Naliti pirinač sa 100 ml vode. Pirinač kuvati u nekoj neljepljivoj šerpi sa debljim dnom. Ja za kuvanje koristim jedan dublji tiganj za koji imam i stakleni poklopac. Pirinač poklopite i staivite na ploču uključenu na srednju temperaturu(kod mene je to 2 od 3) a zatim čekajte da počne da vri. Čim provri smanjite na najmanju temperaturu(kod mene je to 1\/2 podioka) i ostavite da se kuva još tačno 15 minuta. Zatim isključite ploču a pirinač ostavite na ploči još 10 min. Poslije 10 minuta sklonite pirinač i sačekajte da se ohladi do sobne temperature. U prohlađeni pirinač dodajte 10% pirinčanog sirćeta za suši. Kod nas se ovo siće može kupiti u svim većim samoposlugama. Za količinu od 100 ml pirinča znači treba 10ml sirćeta. Krastavac ogulite i takođe izrežite na trake. Na podmetač od bambusa za savijanje sušija stavite jedan list alge. Listovi alge imaju jednu sjajniju i jednu mat stranu. Sasvim je svejedno koju ćete stranu okrenuti prema spolja. Na algu rsporedite pola pirinča. Ovo ćete najlakše uraditi ako malo pokvasite ruke jer se suši pirinač baš lijepi. Pri vrhu lista složite preko pirinča trakice krastavca, šargarepe i lososa i uz pomoć podmetača od bambusa uvijte rolnicu. Izrežite je na 6-8 djelova i služite uz malo soja sosa. Na internetu možete naći puno video recepata koji će vam pomoći ako ste početnik u pravljenju sušija. Ja skoro identično spremam i krompir koji pečem sa mesom samo što je ova varijanta bez mesa i peče se na plehu obloženom papirom za pečenje pa nekako više liči na prženi nego na pečeni krompir i zapravo je i nastala kao zdravija zamjena za prženi krompir. Ovaj krompir se odlično slaže sa šniclama i prženim mesom. Ovaj recept je toliko jednostavan da se prije može shvatiti kao ideja nego kao pravi recept. Međutim kad ga jednom probate shvatićete zašto sam ipak željela da se i on nađe na blogu. Ja ovu salatu inače prilično često pravim a naročito u zadnje vrijeme. Na ovaj način salata nije previše masna. Vi po želji možete koristiti samo tunjevinu u maslinovom ulju. Dakle tunjevinu sa uljem ili sokom sipajte u činiju, luk sitno nasjeckajte, sve malo promiješajte viljuškom i ostavite da se ohladi prije služenja. Jednostavno da nema kud jednostavnije ali je zato ukus odličan. Uz na pr topli hleb ova salata može biti i odlična večera. Razlika je u tome što je ja služim toplu i vjerujte mi da jednom kad je probate ovako više nikad nećete praviti onu klasičnu hladnu salatu. Jeste da je ona klasična praktičnija jer se može pripremiti unaprijed ali je zato ova neuporedivo ukusnija. Priprema ove salate nije nikakva filozofija ali morate voditi račina o tome da krompir koji koristite bude veoma kvalitetan, bijeli, brašnjavi krompir jer od kvaliteta krompira zavisi i rezultat koji ćete dobiti. Ja je pravim sa običnim suncokretovim uljem jer mi je tako najukusnija i osim ako bas niste veliki ljubitelj maslinovog ulja ja to ne bih mijenjala. Zbog toga vam danas pišem recept za posne krofne koje su idealne za doručak u dane posta. Krofne su \u003Ca href=\"https:\/\/www.coolinarika.com\/recept\/787699\/\"\u003EMinjine\u003C\/a\u003E ali sam ih ja napravila po mome iako su i u originalu odlične. Zadnji put sam ih pravila za Božić pa su zbog toga i slike u tom duhu. Planirala sam da ih objavim tada ali nisam stigla odmah a kasnije mi nekako nije bio pravi trenutak za objavljivanje nekog posnog recepta jer je post već bio prošao. Međutim kako se bliži Veliki petak mislim da će sada jedan ovakav recept biti od koristi onima koji poste. Ako me redovno pratite znate da volim sva tijesta da umijesim uveče i ostavim u frižideru do ujutro. Tako mi je lakše jer ujutro imam manje posla, doručak je gotov na vrijeme a ja ipak mogu da odspavam malo duže. I pored toga što su posne, krofne su veoma ukusne, sa velikom šupljinom u sredini. Količina brašna je prepisana iz originalnog recepta da vam bude neki orjentir.
